Accelerate Your Success: The System to Audit Your Goals, Time, and Money

If you're focused on everything, then you're focused on nothing. Our goals must be intentional, specific, and significant to the individual setting them. For example, areas of focus might be your relationship, business, wealth generation, community, and self.

#2: The Ingredients

This is the evidence that proves you're creating a movement toward your best self. Your ingredients represent what you're currently doing that's working and not doing. This is what moves you towards your future desired self. For example, if you want to deliver a TED Talk, your ingredients may be joining Toastmasters, speaking at other events, and developing your speaking topics.

#3: Should & Should Nots

These are the guardrails you need to create around your time, energy, and focus. These are the boundaries that allow you to operate successfully within your areas of focus. For example, I should not answer emails until I’ve worked on my #1 priority. Or, I should tell my partner I appreciate them every day.
